1.PCBA hit parts processing plant production workshop should be kept clean and dust-free (including the ground, equipment surfaces and internal dust and impurities). Air cleanliness is 100,000 (BGJ73-84).


2.(25 ± 3) ℃ is to hit the piece of production workshop environmental temperature, generally 22 ℃ ~ 28 ℃, the limit temperature of 20 ℃ ~ 30 ℃.


3.PCBA production workshop air relative humidity is too high, after welding is easy to produce tin beads, solder splattering and other defects; if the relative humidity is too low, the solvent in the flux will volatilise, it is easy to produce static electricity, resulting in a series of defects. In this case, the relative humidity should be controlled between 45% and 70%. In view of the above requirements for PCBA processing and production environment, the general production workshop should be equipped with air-conditioning, and the need for a certain amount of fresh air to ensure human health.


4.PCBA production workshop generally requires single-phase AC220 (220 ± 10%) and three-phase AC380 (380 ± 10%). Equipment end should be equipped with voltage regulator to maintain stable operation of the equipment.


5.According to the requirements of the use of equipment, PCBA workshop should be equipped with a certain pressure of the air source. Compressed air compressor should generally be placed outside the workshop. General pressure of 5kg / c ㎡. Need to add filtering and purification of the gas to ensure that there is no oil, dust and water in the gas. The gas pipe is made of stainless steel or high pressure pipe.


6. Reflow soldering equipment and wave soldering equipment should be equipped with an exhaust device system, the exhaust pipe of the very small flow value of 500 cubic feet / min (14.15 m ³ / min)


7.PCBA processing plant staff should wear anti-static clothes and shoes when entering the workshop,and should wear static bracelets when touching the product. The work area should be equipped with anti-static grounding, static cables, anti-static platform, anti-static packaging bags,rotating boxes,PCB racks and so on.

1.Full-automatic production line refers to the entire production line of equipment are fully automatic,all production equipment is through the automatic loading machine, docking station and unloading machine connected to an automatic production line.


2.Semi-automatic production line means that the main production equipment is not connected or not fully connected.If the printing machine is semi-automatic, manual printing or manual loading/unloading of PCBs is required.


3.The production capacity of the large-scale production line is large, and its installation consists of a multi-functional punching machine and a number of high-speed punching machines.


Small and medium-sized production line is mainly suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises and research institutes to meet the small and medium-lot PCBA parts production tasks. They can be fully automatic production line or semi-automatic production line. If the demand of PCBA is small,you can use multi-functional punching machine. If there is a certain output, you can use one multifunctional punch and one or two high-speed punching machines.
