1.Fully automatic in-line cleaning machine
Fully automatic in-line cleaning machine can thoroughly and effectively clean the surface of SMT/THT PCBA after soldering residual rosin flux, water-soluble flux, non-cleaning flux / solder paste and other organic and inorganic pollutants. Suitable for bulk PCBA cleaning. It uses safe and automated cleaning equipment placed on a motorised assembly line and passes through different chamber lines to complete all processes of chemical cleaning (or water-based cleaning), water-based rinsing and drying.
During the cleaning process,the PCBA is cleaned in different solvent cleaning chambers through the conveyor belt of the cleaning machine.Cleaning solutions must be compatible with components, PCB surfaces, metal coatings, aluminium coatings, labels, handwriting and other materials.Special parts need to be considered for their ability to withstand cleaning.
Cleaning process flow is as follows: board feeding → chemical pre-washing → chemical cleaning → chemical isolation → pre-rinsing → rinsing, rinsing → spray coating → wind cutting and drying → drying
2.Semi-automatic off-line washing machine
The cleaning machine is semi-automatic off-line, can thoroughly and effectively clean the SMT / THT PCBA soldering surface residues of rosin flux, water-soluble flux,non-cleaning solder / solder paste and other organic and inorganic pollutants. It is suitable for small batch and multi-species PCBA cleaning.It can be set up manually at any location on the production line and complete all processes of chemical cleaning (or water-based cleaning), water-based rinsing and cavity drying offline.
During the cleaning process, the PCBAs usually need to be secured with clamps or placed in baskets.Cleaning solutions must be compatible with components,PCB surfaces,metal coatings,aluminium coatings, labels, handwriting and other materials. Special parts need to be considered for their ability to withstand cleaning.
PCBA in the cleaning basket placed in the density and angle of inclination has certain requirements,these two factors will directly affect the cleaning effect.
3.Manual Cleaning Machine
Manual cleaning machine (also known as constant temperature cleaning tank),thoroughly and effectively clean SMT / THT PCBA soldering surface residues of organic and inorganic pollutants,such as rosin flux,water-soluble flux,rosin flux, non-clean solder / solder paste.It is suitable for PCBA cleaning of small batch samples.Through temperature control,it adapts to the manual cleaning process of MPC micro-phase cleaners and completes the chemical cleaning in a constant temperature bath.
