1.Consider the type of production

PCBs are divided into single-layer boards, double-layer boards, and multi-layer boards. The conductive pattern of single layer boards is relatively simple, only one side of the substrate has a conductive pattern, while dual layer boards have conductive patterns on both sides.Generally,metal holes are used.The conductive images on both sides are connected. Multilayer boards have multiple substrate layers and complex conductive patterns, and are therefore more suitable for complex electronic devices.Therefore,a quality PCB fabrication company should consider which type of PCB they need to use when designing and manufacturing. 

2.Consider the material of the substrate

Insulation laminates composed of polymer synthetic resins and reinforcement materials can be used as substrates for laminates.There are many types of synthetic resins, commonly used phenolic resins, epoxy resins, PTFE, etc. Reinforcement materials generally include paper and cloth. These materials determine the mechanical properties of the substrate, such as cold resistance and bending strength. Therefore, you need to consider what kind of substrate to use when making PCBs.

3.Consider the non-electrical technical indicators of the laminates The quality of the laminates will have a direct impact on the quality of the PCB.

The quality of laminates will directly affect the quality of PCBs. The quality of laminates is mainly reflected in the peel strength, warpage, bending strength, resistance to dip soldering and other non-electrical technical indicators. The non-electrical technical indexes of laminates must be taken into consideration during production.

Since PCBs are the basic components of electronic equipment, it is necessary to use high-quality and durable PCBs. Therefore, manufacturers should not only look for PCB manufacturers to design and manufacture circuit boards with good after-sales service, but also consider the various aspects of PCB production to ensure that the designed boards meet the needs of use.
