The main purpose of SMT changeover is to standardise the SMT changeover work, to make reasonable use of limited resources, to save changeover time, and to reduce man-made abnormalities. Especially in the sample small batch patch processing plant, SMT transfer is very frequent. So what should we pay attention to in smt patch line transfer?
Preliminary work
1.Screen printing station to get the steel plate, squeegee, PCB required for the production of new models.
2. The operator goes to the warehouse to collect the materials required for the production of the new model according to the latest loading meter, and distributes the materials according to the material station.
3. The operator prepares the feeder for the new model according to the loading schedule. Insufficient feeder will be notified to the technician in time.
4.Corrective workstation to get the drawings required for the production of new models.
Transfer work
1.Screen printing station will change to the next model immediately after printing the last board.
2. After the line change is OK, try to print the film board for debugging printing, and print 3 OK boards for production.
3. After HS50 finishes producing the last board, the operator will dismantle the material immediately, and the corrective personnel will put all the off-line materials in the material box.
4. The operator prepares the feeder according to the loading table.
5. The operator prepares the feeder according to the loading table. The corrective personnel sucks the feeder and adjusts the feeder distance.
6. Corrective personnel check the material according to the loading table.
7. The operator replaces the nozzle according to the programme.
8. Screen printing personnel print OK boards and adjust the track, track width.
9.Start SMTprocessing production. Corrective personnel to sort out the downline materials.

1.After dismantling the materials, we will use the material box to recycle the off-line materials and put them on the line temporarily, and then we will arrange the materials after the transferring line is completed.
2.After the material is ready, check the material station and material number strictly according to the material list.
3.When transferring the line, the operator will be transferred from the normal production line to assist in the work.
4.The operator is not allowed to do anything else not related to the line change before the normal production.
5.The assistant puller or line manager will follow the whole process until the normal production.
6.Technician will follow the line to deal with abnormalities.
