Work requirements for cleaning PCBA

1.PCBA or surface welding components without special requirements, all products can be used to clean the PCBA board with special cleaning agents.


2.Part of the electronic components are prohibited from contacting the special cleaning agent,such as: key switches, network sockets, buzzers, battery cells, LCD display, plastic components, dial switches, lenses and so on.

4.PCBA board after component welding,because the flux residue over time will produce corrosive physical reaction,so should be cleaned as soon as possible.


5.PCBA board after cleaning, should be placed in the 40-45 degrees in the oven,after half an hour of baking,such as drying and then remove the PCBA board for the next process.

1.After cleaning PCBA, the board surface can not be left flux, tin beads and tin slag.The surface and solder joints should not be white or grey.


2.After cleaning PCBA, the board surface can not have sticky.Must wear static electricity hand ring when cleaning work.


3.In the PCBA cleaning work before you must wear a protective mask, otherwise you can not work.


4.The PCBA has been cleaned and not cleaned PCBA placed separately and labelled, prohibit direct contact with the surface of the PCBA board has been cleaned with the hand surface.
