What is PTFE?Polytetrafluoroethylene, PTFE or Teflon, polymerized from tetrafluoroethylene polymer compounds, with excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, sealing, high lubrication and non-sticky, electrical insulation and good anti-aging resistance. Used as engineering plastics, they can be made into PTFE tubes, rods, strips, plates, films, etc. Generally used in high-performance requirements of corrosion-resistant pipes, containers, pumps, valves, radar, high-frequency communication equipment, and radio equipment.
PCB is one of the important parts of the electronics industry. Almost every kind of electronic equipment, as small as electronic watches, calculators, computers, communications electronics, and military weapons systems, as long as there are integrated circuits and other electronic components, to interconnect them electrically, all have to use the PCB board. According to the circuit layer classification: divided into a single panel, double-sided board, and multilayer board. Common multilayer boards are generally 4-layer or 6-layer boards, complex multilayer boards up to dozens of layers.PCB can achieve high density, reliability, design, production, assembly, and maintenance.

PTFE Teflon Features and Properties
(1) High-temperature resistance: operating temperature up to 250 ℃ (melting point of 327 ℃)
(2) Low-temperature resistance: good mechanical toughness; when the temperature drops to -196 ℃, can still maintain the elongation of 5%.
(3) Corrosion resistance: to most chemicals and solvents, showing inertia, resistance to strong acids and alkalis, water, and various organic solvents.
(4) Climate resistance: long-term exposure to the atmosphere, the surface and properties remain unchanged, with the best aging life of plastics.
(5) High lubrication: It has the smallest coefficient of friction (0.04) among plastics, and the coefficient of friction is extremely small, only 1/5 of that of polyethylene, which is an important feature of perfluorocarbon surface.
(6) Non-adhesion: minimal surface tension, does not adhere to any substance, due to the extremely low intermolecular force of fluorine-carbon chains.
Based on the excellent characteristics of PTFE material, it is widely used in the defense industry, atomic energy, petroleum, radio, electric machinery, chemical industry, and other industries.
