1.PCBA board voltage test
The purpose of the pressure test is to detect the circuit board's ability to withstand pressure,need to use the equipment is ‘pressure tester’.
Test method: the need to test the PCBA board connected to the tester,not higher than 100V / S speed will be added to the voltage 500V DS (DC), and hold for more than 30 seconds,the circuit does not fail on behalf of the test passed.
2.PCBA board leakage current test
The purpose of leakage current test is to check whether the circuit board leakage current in the requirements of the equipment to be used is ‘leakage current tester’.
Test method: analogous to the PCBA board in normal operating conditions,the circuit board under normal temperature conditions,the product can be accessed part of the power supply between the poles of the leakage current,the current is less than the design criteria on behalf of the test passed.
3.PCBA board salt spray test
The purpose of the salt spray test is to check the anti-corrosion performance of the circuit board,the equipment to be used is ‘salt water spray tester’.
Test method:First of all,we have to put aside the salt solution,put aside the method:with chemical pure sodium chloride and resistivity not less than 5000 ohm * CM distilled water or deionised water,with 5% of sodium chloride and 95% of water, after sufficient mixing,to make the salt solution with sodium chloride content of 5 ± 1%.After the salt solution is put aside,in the temperature of 35 ℃ test site,continuous spraying for 48 hours,the average hourly spray volume to 80CM square / 10CM,48 hours later,the product is normal in all functions, the appearance,the structure is normal on behalf of the test passed.

4.PCBA board impedance test
The purpose of the impedance test is to check whether the circuit board circuit can run normally,need to use the equipment is ‘ohm meter’.
Test method:the circuit board's transmission line and the battery is connected,if we measure the impedance in a shorter time than the reflection of the transmission line,we get the ‘surge’ impedance or characteristic impedance,but if we wait long enough until the energy is reflected back and received,measured by the impedance can be found to change,generally speaking,the impedance value of the upper and lowerGenerally speaking,the impedance value will reach a stable limit value after rebound,if the limit value is within the prescribed range,it means the test is passed.
5.PCBA board vibration test
The purpose of the vibration test is to detect whether the circuit board can pass the different levels of random vibration test,the need to use the equipment is ‘vibration meter’.
Test method:the circuit board or packaged circuit board fixed in the test bench,set the frequency of 20Hz,Axis:X,Y,Z three axes,the duration of each direction of an hour,a total of three hours, after the test,the circuit board function is normal, appearance,structure is normal,no component welding loose,cracked,and other abnormalities on behalf of the test is passed.
6.High temperature and high humidity test
The purpose of high temperature and high humidity test is to check the applicability of the pcb board in the harsh conditions of high temperature and high humidity,need to use the equipment is ‘constant temperature and humidity test chamber’.
Test method:PCBA board at times the rated voltage on, rated load under the working condition,the working posture into the test box,similar to the actual working temperature and humidity,if not clear about the actual working temperature and humidity,can be set to 70 ± 2 ℃,humidity between 90-95%,and continue to work for 8 hours,if the basic function of the PCBA board is normal,the appearance and structure of normal on behalf of the test passed.PCBA board welding strength push
7.PCBA board welding strength thrust test
The purpose of the welding strength thrust test is to test whether the welding strength of the components to meet the requirements,the need to use the equipment is ‘thrust meter’.
Test method:the welded PCBA placed on the thrust meter, different specifications of the components have different requirements,generally we will eliminate the target components at the edge of the other components,and then zero the instrument to ≤ 30 degrees for the thrust test,check whether the components are desoldering,and record the value of the components desoldering.
