Cause one:
Check the suction nozzle problem.Whether the alloy ceramic kit is loose with gaps,whether the steel-plastic integrated suction nozzle is cracked, whether the suction nozzle is deformed, clogged and damaged, whether there are impurities in the processing of the inner diameter of the bumps and resulting in insufficient air pressure and air leakage,and whether dirt leads to the inability to absorb the data,incorrect recycling, and the inability to identify and throw the data.
Countermeasure:Clean or replace the suction nozzle,check the air supply source if pollution is frequent, and add a new filtration device at the air inlet of the punching machine (to filter out the water vapour and dust before air inlet).

Cause two:
Identification system problems,poor vision,vision or laser lens is not clean,debris interference identification,identification of improper choice of light source,intensity and grey scale is not enough,may lead to identification system damage.
Countermeasure: Clean and wipe the surface of the identification system, keep it clean and free of debris,adjust the intensity and grey scale of the light source, and replace the components of the identification system if the identification camera is found to be damaged.

Positional problems,pickup is not in the centre of the material, pickup height is not correct (generally to touch the parts after the downward pressure of 0.05MM as the standard) and caused by the deviation of the bit, pickup is not correct, there is a shift in the identification of data parameters do not match with the corresponding identification system as invalid material to be thrown away.
Countermeasure: Adjust the picking position,check whether there is static interference movement in the glass when braiding the material mould,clean the suction nozzle in addition to static electricity,the supply of material gun outlet to add in addition to static shims, (if necessary,in the case of beating the machine to add a new dust removal and de- static devices)

Vacuum problems, insufficient air pressure, vacuum pipe channel is not smooth,there are guides to block the vacuum channel,or vacuum leakage caused by insufficient air pressure to pick up the material does not work or pick up on the way to the paste fell.
Countermeasure: Adjust the air pressure steeply to the required pressure value of the equipment (generally at 0.5~~0.6Mpa), clean the air pressure pipe and repair the leaking airway. Programming problem, the parameters of the component in the edited programme are not set correctly,which does not match with the size,brightness and other parameters of the incoming material,resulting in the discarding of the failed identification.
Countermeasure: Modify the parameters of the component and search for the best parameter setting for the electronic component.Or the three-dimensional shape of the component does not match with the nozzle and needs to be updated to match.

Problems with incoming materials, irregularities in incoming materials, unqualified products such as oxidised pins.
Countermeasures: IQC to do a good job of incoming material testing, and component suppliers to contact. Material storage temperature and humidity control, warehouse first-in-first-out and other environmental checks to meet the requirements.

Countermeasures: adjust and maintain the feeder, clean and sweep the feeder platform at shift changeover time, and replace the damaged parts or feeder.
